There’s a lot of media reporting on stress in our lives and the damage it can cause. For a lot of us, de-stressing isn’t always easy. Yes, there are drugs, exercise programs, and therapy. None of these are always practical or easy on the wallet; but a book is readily available, easy to use and if you get it from your library, it’s free!

The Adult Book Discussion group meets in the cafe at 11:00 am on the third Friday of the month. If you enjoy reading new material, lively conversation and refreshments this is the group for you. Book copies are available at the circulation desk one month in advance and new members are always welcome.
