Meeting Rooms & Friends Cafe<\/h2>\n

Within the library, there are two meeting rooms on the lower level and the Friends Cafe on the main floor. The two meeting rooms (A and B) can be reserved and used by individuals, groups, businesses and<\/g> organizations interested in hosting a meeting or event at the library. Meeting Room B is attached to a functioning kitchen. The Friends Cafe is perfect for small meetings of book clubs, cards or other groups interested in a cozy gathering.<\/p>\n

Use of the rooms is free for non-profit groups, but commercial entities will be charged a fee of $50 per room, established by the library’s Board of Trustees. All library programs will be given priority over outside events or programs. Please contact Megan Snyder (info@loudonvillelibrary.org<\/a>) for the rooms’ availability.<\/p>\n
