Meeting Rooms & Friends Cafe
Within the library, there are two meeting rooms on the lower level and the Friends Cafe on the main floor. The two meeting rooms (A and B) can be reserved and used by individuals, groups, businesses
Use of the rooms is free for non-profit groups, but commercial entities will be charged a fee of $50 per room and $25 for the use of the kitchen, established by the library’s Board of Trustees. All library programs will be given priority over outside events or programs. Please contact Colleen Sandusky (email@example.com) for the rooms’ availability.
Meeting Room Hours of Operations
Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
Friday – Saturday 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
Sunday we are closed
- Room A maximum occupancy: 157 (standing or chairs only)
- Room B maximum occupancy: 188 (standing or chairs only)
- Combined: 345
All users of the meeting rooms must fill out a Meeting Room Request and Agreement and all meetings are subject to the guidelines put forth in the library’s Meeting Room Policy and Private Event Policy. You will find additional information about the equipment available for your meeting and other details within these documents.
Community Room Photos
The first two photos are of the hall and lobby. The next two are of the kitchen that is available to anyone using the rooms. Then there are two photos of Room B which connects to the kitchen and two photos of Room A which is at the end of the hall. The final photo is of both rooms opened up into one.
